Preparatory webinar on Science-Policy-Society interactions in ecosystem-based marine resources management and planning

The Mediterranean Biodiversity Protection Community (MBPC) and the BlueMed coordination and Support Action (Research and innovation for blue jobs and growth in the Mediterranean Area) in collaboration with IOC-UNESCO and MSP Global Initiative, are jointly organising a course on “Science-Policy-Society interactions in ecosystem-based marine resources management and planning”.

 

The Mediterranean Biodiversity Protection Community (MBPC) and the BlueMed Coordination and Support Action (Research and innovation for blue jobs and growth in the Mediterranean Area) in collaboration with IOC-UNESCO and MSP Global are jointly organising a course on “Science-Policy-Society interactions in ecosystem-based marine resources management and planning”. The MBPC-BLUEMED course from 1 to 4 March 2021 in Venice, Italy will be preceded by a 2-hour mandatory introductory webinar on 17th September 2020. 

Given your strong interest for the “Science-Policy-Society interactions in ecosystem-based marine resources management and planning” short training course (Venice, 1-4 March 2021), the organising committee has agreed to open the Introductory webinar to the short training course to all applicants. Please find attached the agenda.

Once registered, you will to receive 24 hours prior to the meeting the link to the Zoom meeting room, guidelines and the final Agenda of the webinar.

The final part of the webinar will be used also to discuss potential options on remote participation of unselected applicants to some of the Venice 2021 lectures. Therefore, your participation to next week webinar would be important to identify the most suitable solutions.
