The Mediterranean Biodiversity Protection Community, together with five other Interreg MED communities Green Growth, Blue Growth, Renewable Energy, Urban Transports and Sustainable Tourism, are taking part in ECOMONDO 2018 the leading international exhibition on circular economy and renewable energy, at Rimini Expo Centre, Italy from 6th to 9th November 2018.
On Tuesday 6th November, from 2pm to 6pm, the conference “Empowering territories for a Sustainable Mediterranean” co-organised by the Interreg MED communities will present their achievements and share their challenges with private organisations, local public authorities and internatio¬nal organisations, and invite them to discuss on three strategic axes for the future of the Medi¬terranean region: “Circular Bioeconomy opportunities and challenges in the MED area”; “Innovation for sustainability in the MED Area”; and “Governance, citizens awareness and participation for a Sustainable Mediterranean”.
During the exhibition, the Interreg MED communities stand will welcome you, presenting the different projects achievements and progresses. The Biodiversity protection community will be highlighted, 8th October 2018 from 16.00 to 18.00. Come to meet us at the MED terrace!
